We are looking for you, a nurse who wants to work as a summer substitute or hourly worker. You want to contribute to the health and quality of life for those living with us. Here you will have good working hours, work independently, and have the freedom to shape your workdays.
Villa Kristineberg is a new, modern residence in the new district of Kristineberg just outside Vallentuna. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute. Parking and good transport options with local traffic are available. We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer or on an hourly basis during the absence of regular staff.

About the role
You are the spider in the web around the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group leaders who are responsible for the care staff. Our group leaders also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and illness conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading. You will receive an individually tailored introduction.
About Villa Kristineberg
Villa Kristineberg is a modern, newly built nursing home with 60 apartments for the elderly. There are pleasant common areas with a lovely outdoor terrace and spacious balconies.
Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are important.
