Alm Psychiatry is in need of strengthening its operations with a healthcare administrator for our clinic in Halmstad. You will be part of our administrative team, which currently consists of an administrative manager, a reception coordinator, and 6 healthcare administrators.

The role involves working with standard tasks within healthcare administration such as visit registration, managing waiting lists, bookings, mail and referral handling, as well as contact with patients and healthcare partners. The clinical staff document themselves, so journal writing is not included in the tasks. The work requires physical presence at the clinic in Halmstad; a fully remote position is not available.

We prefer that applicants have good knowledge of Region Halland's current IT system, Cosmic. Experience with our booking system, Curoflow, and an interest in diagnostic coding are advantageous.

To succeed and thrive in the role of healthcare administrator at Alm Psychiatry, it is important that you are attentive, meticulous, and have a good ability to organize and prioritize your work, as well as being structured in your approach. You should have a positive attitude and be flexible in your work, both independently and together with other colleagues.

About Alm Psychiatry

Alm Psychiatry operates within adult psychiatric outpatient care with broad expertise and a mix of psychotherapy forms. The company was established in 2018 and has been running an adult psychiatric outpatient clinic in Halmstad on behalf of Region Halland since 2022. Since 2025, the company also has a private psychiatric clinic in Malmö.

Our clinic is located in central Halmstad, and we work with a naturally integrated physical and digital care. As a private healthcare provider, our work is characterized by freedom and flexibility both internally and in our interactions with patients. The majority of our clinical work consists of assessment and treatment of ADHD/ADD, depression, and bipolar disorder. Patients with substance abuse issues are not part of the clinic's mission.

We have doctors, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, contact persons, physiotherapists, and healthcare administrators working with us.
