JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and secure support pedagogue who wants to help develop our group housing within LSS. With us, you will work closely with the users and contribute to a daily life characterized by self-determination, participation, and high quality. The role suits you who combines pedagogical competence with a warm, professional approach and a desire to drive development together with colleagues.

As a support pedagogue, you work both practically and pedagogically. You support users in their daily lives, create structure and clarity, and ensure that the interventions are based on the individual's needs and goals. You have a central role in developing working methods and methods, and you act as support for colleagues in the pedagogical work. Documentation and quality assurance are natural parts of your assignment, as well as contributing to a safe and positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in the field of disabilities, such as support pedagogue or equivalent. You have experience with LSS and the target group, work in a structured and solution-focused manner, and find it easy to create good relationships. You thrive with responsibility, are curious about development, and have a good ability to implement pedagogical methods in practice. Good knowledge of social documentation is important.
