We are now looking for confident and engaged personal assistants for a young man in his 30s with autism. Currently, we are seeking both:

• On-call assistants who can work as needed
• Summer assistants who can work on a schedule during the summer

About the position:

As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life and contribute to structure, safety, and participation. You accompany him to daily activities (DV) and support during activities and outings on weekends, days off, and during the summer.

The assistance can be both single and double assistance, depending on the situation and needs. The work takes place both at home and in the community.

Working hours:

• 24-hour shifts and shorter shifts may occur

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, stress-resistant, and empathetic
• Is organized and structured
• Has experience working with visual support/visual schedules
• Has experience with autism
• Has knowledge of and works according to low-arousal responses
• Has a driver's license for manual transmission
