Receptionist wanted at the picturesque Borghamn Strand!

About us Borghamn Strand is a place for everyone! Here you will find everything from newly renovated hotel rooms and hostel rooms to camping and parking spots. We also have a guest harbor, a café, and a restaurant where we prepare all our food from scratch, focusing on organic and locally sourced ingredients.

About the role As a receptionist at Borghamn Strand, you are the guests' first contact and face of the establishment. Your work is varied and includes:

• Check-in and check-out of guests.
• 
  
• Responding to emails and phone calls.
• 
  
• Managing bookings through our booking system (experience with Sirvoy is a plus).
• 
  
• Assisting with other tasks at the hotel as needed, such as in the restaurant or during breakfast.

We are a close-knit team that supports each other to create a fantastic experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in service and guest experiences.
• 
  
• Is flexible and ready to jump in where needed.
• 
  
• Takes initiative and is good at collaborating.
• 
  
• Has experience in the hotel and restaurant industry (required).

About the position The position is from July to September with an immediate start and the possibility of extension. There is also an opportunity to start part-time as early as April.
