Restaurant Sjövik in Motala is currently undergoing extensive renovations and will open its doors in April 2026. Restaurant Sjövik is located in the middle of Varamobadet in Motala, known as the largest inland beach in the Nordics, attracting large crowds during the summer. With one of Sweden's best views of Lake Vättern, we will operate a restaurant and bistro offering customers delicious food and wonderful drinks. During sunny summer days, the beach is visited by 10,000 people, and we are ready to serve good food and delightful drinks.

To meet our guests' expectations, we are now looking for several employees, including bartenders, cooks, waitresses, and head waiters.

Head Waiter

We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and has a genuine interest in service and meeting people. You will play a key role in the restaurant operations. You will lead the serving team, plan, and ensure that our guests receive a service experience of the highest quality.

You have experience in similar work, thrive in a leadership role, and have an interest in food and beverages. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating – even in a fast-paced environment.
