Pappa Grappa in Norrköping is now looking for a guest-focused individual for a part-time position and summer employment.

About the role

With us, you are a central part of our guests' experience. You welcome, guide, and create memorable moments through presence, knowledge, and personality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and taking care of guests with warmth and professionalism
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Guiding guests through the menu, wines, and cocktails
• Recommending suitable combinations of food and drinks
• Ensuring that the dining area and stations are clean and organized
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar for a smooth service flow

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented, social, and comfortable in meeting people
• Has an interest in food, flavors, and beverages
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is stress-resistant
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has previous experience in serving (experience from a bar is a plus)
