At Lunnevad, we have a large number of guests in the summer and therefore need to strengthen our staff with you who have experience working in service in catering and conference activities (cleaning, laundry, and preparing between conferences).

Are you the one we are looking for? Do you want to work with us during the period from week 24 to week 30-31? Working hours are scheduled during this period, approximately 75-100%. Including weekends and evenings.

Region Östergötland operates three schools, which are gathered under the Regional Development Committee. Vreta Education Center is located just outside Linköping, Himmelstalund Education Center is located in Norrköping, and Lunnevad Folk High School is situated between Vikingstad and Mantorp.

Lunnevad offers general courses, as well as special courses in music, dance, and art. Parts of the dance education are held in premises in Linköping. There is also an opportunity to study general courses at Lunnevad's branch in Mjölby.

Job Description

The job includes serving our guests in the dining room, washing dishes, and cleaning together with the rest of the team on certain days. On other days, you will ensure that our guests have what they need for their stay with us. Clean rooms, premises, and prepare for new guests. Some days, tasks may be combined. Late or early shifts from 06:30-15:30 or late shifts starting at 09:00-18:15, as well as some weeks with varying hours.

The staffing in the kitchen/service during a workday is 3-4 staff depending on the number of guests.

About You

• Preferably some form of experience from similar jobs
• A good attitude and positive mindset.
• It is important for us that you can work the entire period.
• Proficient in good Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Note that it is difficult to travel by public transport to Lunnevad, so having a car can be beneficial.
