Ensuring satisfied guests and driving sales forward is part of your motivation.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience leading a team.

- A strong interest in service, sales, and key performance indicators.

- Openness to feedback and changes, and good communication skills with both guests and staff.

- Experience in the restaurant industry is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

Your responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that the family park is always in top condition regarding safety and cleanliness.

- Creating engagement and motivation within your team.

- Managing the kitchen, service, and café.

- Working towards set goals and key performance indicators and being involved in the business's results.

- Maintaining and developing service & sales.

To succeed in this role, you should be skilled at leading, communicating, engaging others, and enjoy being part of a team. You should have good knowledge and the ability to coach and inspire the rest of the staff, as well as create a fantastic guest experience and optimize sales.

The position is 75% and mainly includes afternoons and evenings. The position also involves work on weekends.
