As a chef with us, you will work in an engaged team where quality, taste, and guest experience are the focus. The pace can be high at times, and the work is varied, where you contribute to both the daily operations and the overall experience for our guests.

• Preparation and cooking of food according to menus

• Ensure high quality and attractive presentation

• Planning and mise en place before service

• Follow routines for hygiene, self-control, and food handling

• Contribute to good collaboration in the kitchen and between departments

• Be involved in developing and improving the kitchen's work

We are looking for someone who is positive, creative, and flexible, and who has experience working in restaurant kitchens. Personal qualities and the right attitude are the most important for us.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Appreciate a job in the countryside rather than in the city

• Master all areas of a hotel kitchen such as breakfast, lunch, bakery & dinner

• Enjoy sometimes working independently

• Driver's license

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience from restaurant kitchens
