Mjellerumsgården is reopening in an idyllic setting in Valla, where food, environment, and people are at the center. We are creating a place that will come to life again – with warmth, quality, and personality.

Planned opening: May 2026.

About the role

As a head waiter/service staff with us, you are a key part of the overall experience:

• Responsible for hospitality and service in the dining room and shop
• Welcome guests, create flow and a safe atmosphere
• Ensure that every detail is perfect – from table setting to guest interaction
• Contribute to order, structure, and quality in service
• Be involved in events, brunches, and bookings
• Provide that little extra that makes guests want to return

Employment

• Extent: 75 %
• Opportunity: For the right person, there is a possibility of an extended contract / higher working hours over time
• Working hours: Varying, primarily daytime but weekends and some evenings may occur
• Start: April or by agreement
• Location: Mjellerumsgården, Valla
