ProfilHotels President in Norrköping is now looking for a morning person and flexible employee who wants to work both in breakfast and at the reception this summer.

Two important parts of the hotel's operations in one position. Perfect for you who enjoy pace, variety, and meeting people.

Responsibilities

When you work in breakfast, you are responsible for giving guests the best possible start to the day. This means that you:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet
• Ensure that the buffet is fresh, replenished, and inviting
• Keep the dining room and kitchen clean
• Meet guests and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

When you work at the reception, you are the hotel's face to the outside world. This includes:

• Check in and out guests
• Handle bookings, payments, and administrative tasks
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Provide information about the hotel and tips about the local area
• Resolve problems quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to create a smooth stay for the guest

Working hours are varied and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to schedule.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a kitchen and reception, or another service profession
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently
• Has an interest in service and always does their best to create a positive experience for our guests

The position involves serving responsibility. According to the Alcohol Act (2010:1622) Chapter 3, Section 7, those responsible for serving must be at least 20 years old.
