As a receptionist, you are a key person in our operation and often the first contact our guests meet. The role is varied and the pace can be high, where you combine service, administration, and coordination to create a first-class guest experience.

• Welcome and take care of guests on-site as well as via phone and email

• Booking and administration of spa, treatments, conferences, and accommodation

• Ongoing administrative tasks related to reception and operations

• Collaboration and coordination with spa, restaurant, and cleaning

• Cash handling and payment management

• Ensure a professional and warm reception in all guest interactions

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly skilled administratively and has good structure

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is used to juggling many tasks

• Is cheerful, pleasant, and service-oriented with a professional attitude

• Has experience from similar work, preferably in hotels, spas, or conferences

• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and flexible

• Has a driver's license and access to a car

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)

• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
