Service that makes a difference for every guest

We believe that the best guest experiences are created by people who enjoy being around people.

As part of our service team, you will guide guests, recommend food and drinks, collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues, and ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Depending on your experience and interest, the role may also involve working as a conference host. In this case, you are responsible for ensuring our conference guests receive a warm welcome and a well-planned day, from morning coffee to afternoon fika. You will become an important part of creating a professional and personal experience throughout their stay.

The pace varies between quiet dinners, lively conferences, and festive weddings, meaning no two days are alike.

We believe that you

• have experience in serving and enjoy working with people
• thrive when the pace is fast but maintain your calm
• are responsible, unpretentious, and appreciate working in a team
• have a genuine interest in food, drink, and hospitality
• speak Swedish fluently and feel comfortable communicating in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
• have experience in bar work, conference service, or are eager to develop in both areas.
