Chef Wanted at Lunnevad

At Lunnevad, we have a large number of guests during the summer and therefore need to strengthen our staff with a chef.

Are you the one we are looking for? Do you want to work with us from week 25 to week 30-31?

The working hours are scheduled during this period, approximately 75-100%. Including weekends and evenings.

Region Östergötland operates three schools, which are gathered under the Regional Development Committee. Vreta Education Center is located just outside Linköping, Himmelstalund Education Center is located in Norrköping, and Lunnevad Folk High School is situated between Vikingstad and Mantorp.

Lunnevad offers general courses, as well as special courses in music, dance, and art. Parts of the dance education are held in facilities in Linköping. There is also an opportunity to study general courses at Lunnevad's branch in Mjölby.

Job Description

As a chef, you will be responsible together with the first chef for the food served. Including special diets. Late or early shifts 06:30-15:30 alternatively late shift starting 09:00-18:15 and some weeks with varying hours.

The position also includes dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen. Staffing in the kitchen/service is 3-4 staff members depending on the number of guests during a workday.

About You

Preferably some form of chef education, preferably experience in large kitchens. A good attitude and positive mindset are important for us. It is crucial that you can work the entire period.

Good command of Swedish in speech and writing is required. Please note that public transport to Lunnevad can be difficult, so having a car may be beneficial.
