Restaurant Sjövik in Motala is currently undergoing extensive renovations and will open its doors in April 2026. Restaurant Sjövik is located in the heart of Varamobadet in Motala, known as the largest inland beach in the Nordics, attracting large crowds during the summer. With one of Sweden's best views of Lake Vättern, we will operate a restaurant and bistro offering customers delicious food and delightful drinks. During sunny summer days, the beach is visited by 10,000 people, and we are ready to serve great food and wonderful drinks.

To meet our guests' expectations, we are now looking for a large number of staff, including bartenders, chefs, waitresses, and head waiters.

Bartender/Bar Manager

As a Bartender/Bar Manager, the guest experience is the foundation of everything you do. You work towards clear goals in quality, team, and economy, and together with the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the bar performs and develops in the right direction. You easily ask yourself how what you do creates value for the guest in the moment and for the business in the long run.

In this role, you operate the bar on-site and lead the service work. You delegate, coach, follow up, and create a team that works in harmony.

You drive your bar to become an attractive meeting place, where quality is felt, the team is strong, and the guest is always at the center. You take responsibility, create energy, and make people want to come back both behind and in front of the bar.
