About us Borghamn Strand is a place for everyone! Here you will find everything from newly renovated hotel rooms and hostel rooms to camping and parking spots. We also have a guest harbor, as well as a café and a restaurant where we prepare all our food from scratch with a focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients.

Our restaurant offers a varied experience – from wedding dinners to à la carte during lunch and three-course dinners in the evenings. We are a small team where we support each other and pitch in where needed.

About the role We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate about working with local ingredients, and has a love for cooking from scratch. Our menus include game, fish from Lake Vättern, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Your tasks will be varied and may include:

• Preparation of three-course dinners for weddings and events.
• 
  
• Lunch and dinner service
• 
  
• Preparation and prep work.

You should be able to work both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is creative and has a strong interest in cooking with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
• 
  
• Has previous experience in the hotel and restaurant industry (required).
• 
  
• Is flexible, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  
• Has good teamwork skills and can adapt to different tasks.

About the position The position is full-time from May to September with the possibility of extension. There is also an opportunity to start part-time from April.
