⭐ About the position

As a seasonal kitchen staff member at Sommarhagen, you will have a varied job where you:

Kitchen work

• Prepare and cook both hot and cold dishes
• Be responsible for mise en place and daily production planning
• Handle dishes and keep the kitchen environment clean and organized
• Work according to hygiene and self-control routines
• Ensure that the kitchen delivers quality and structure

General tasks in the operation

• Take care of simpler service tasks as needed
• Assist with replenishment, order, and logistics around meal service
• Support other departments when the situation requires it
• Contribute to ensuring guests have a safe and welcoming overall experience

The work is both physical and practical – and suits you who enjoy speed, responsibility, and clear results.

👤 We are looking for you who…

• Have experience from restaurant kitchens (preferable but not required)
• Are self-driven and enjoy managing your own work
• Are solution-oriented and confident in making your own decisions
• Are flexible, unpretentious, and help where needed
• Thrive in an environment with varied tasks
• Have a driver's license and own car (no public transport to Sommarhagen)
