About the job

You will work throughout Huddinge municipality with users who have assistance decisions for housing support or escorting according to SoL. The tasks consist of receiving assignments (housing support or escorting) and ensuring that interventions are carried out in a methodical and pedagogical manner together with the user. The assignment may involve supporting the user in structuring their daily life, establishing and maintaining contact with healthcare or authorities, providing support regarding household finances, and similar tasks. Daily work includes record-keeping and some documentation. This is a fixed-term employment starting on 2026-03-01 for six months with the possibility of extension.

About you

We are looking for someone with a higher education, preferably in social work (social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent) or a trained nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry (mental health worker). We prefer that you have previous experience with our target group. It is advantageous if you have case manager training or education in neuropsychiatry, addiction studies, ESL, and MI. You who apply have an easy time creating social contacts and collaborating with others. You are structured, responsible, and good at motivating and engaging others.
