Your responsibilities As a designer at ILAB, you will be responsible for customizing and updating manufacturing documentation, suggesting material choices, and new technical solutions. Your primary tool is Inventor, where you use CAD for 3D modeling, and the products include various types of containers and construction platforms. You will be part of a small team of designers and have the opportunity to be involved in the entire project, from customer contact and ideas to design and manufacturing. At ILAB, teamwork is highly valued, and you will work closely with all colleagues in the company while maintaining close contact with partners in Poland.

Your profile We believe that you, as an applicant, have a technical interest and are motivated to develop the best solutions for ILAB's customers. You have an easy time focusing on results while being a creative problem solver. We expect you to be meticulous in your work and place great importance on always providing clear and accurate drawing documentation. As a person, you are curious and have a drive that is reflected in your way of working.

You have a post-secondary education with a technical focus. Previous experience working with 3D-CAD and Inventor or equivalent systems is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we see that you are interested in and understand the entire manufacturing chain and how it affects the final result. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Application procedure The recruitment process is a collaboration between ILAB Container & Skill. The position is a consultancy assignment for 6 months, and you will be temporarily employed by Skill. There are good opportunities for employment with ILAB thereafter.
