Electrical Design Leader for Transformer Stations

One Nordic AB is now making an investment to build a contracting organization for the construction of transformer stations. As part of this initiative, we are now looking for a design leader in electrical construction who wants to take responsibility for technical solutions in our projects. You will have the opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with leadership in projects that contribute to a robust and sustainable electrical system.

You will be part of the Regional Network Stations department, which works with transformer stations and several specialist services within electrical systems.

Job Description

As a design leader, you have a key role and are responsible for leading and coordinating electrical design work from early stages to completed facility. You will also participate in bidding processes where you are seen as one of our key resources.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate electrical design in projects for transformer stations

• Ensure technical quality, standards, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with project managers and external parties

• Review technical documents and design materials

• Act as technical support during construction and commissioning phases

• Focus on electrical safety, work environment, and quality control.

Who are you?

As a person, you are social, proactive, and structured. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. To meet the requirements for the position, it is also important that you have a strong safety mindset and are commercially minded in your actions. You should also have:

• Engineering degree in electrical power or equivalent

• Several years of experience in electrical design within transformer stations or electrical power facilities

• Experience in leading technical work or design teams

• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Driver's license (B license is required)

• You are a clear leader with good collaboration and communication skills

• Strong internal drive
