About us

Off.Clinic consists of 3 units. We work with young people who have various forms of sexualized behavioral problems. Neuropsychiatric disabilities are common. The youth are between 10 and 19 years old. The facility is located in Visseltofta, 10 km west of Osby. The treatment work is based on CBT/DBT and salutogenic ideas.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Care in the form of direct treatment work

- Participation in investigative work

- Network contacts

- Documentation and development work

We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clarifying pedagogy. The position involves work during daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. It is important that you can show empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close collaboration with your colleagues, which requires good communication and teamwork skills.

To apply for the position, you must have a B driver's license. We prefer that you have previous experience in social care and/or working with children and youth, but this is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you have a relevant post-secondary education (or have started education) in social care, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, social educator, or treatment educator.

Before employment, a criminal record extract must be provided.
