We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist to the Care and Rehabilitation Team!

The Care and Rehabilitation Team works within the municipality's home healthcare, special housing, and LSS operations. Our goal is to contribute to a cohesive care and support system with a holistic perspective based on individual needs.

Your responsibilities

As a physiotherapist, you work to create conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. The work includes independent assessment, planning, and implementation of measures. Measures may include treatment after illness or injury, testing and prescribing assistive devices to compensate for reduced function or to train function. The Care and Rehabilitation Team is part of the region's LAH operations where advanced home healthcare is provided both in regular and special housing.

This is an independent job where you set your own schedule and plan and implement interventions. You prioritize your workday both independently and together with your colleagues based on the cases you are responsible for. In your role, there is also a strong focus on teamwork. The work is done in close collaboration with other professionals around patients, such as occupational therapists, nurses, rehabilitation assistants, care staff, case managers, unit managers, and external partners.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist and would prefer you to have previous experience in municipal rehabilitation. A B driver's license is required as the position involves travel within the municipality. We also expect you to have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, we see that you enjoy working independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach with an emphasis on goals and results.
