Your tasks

We are looking for two nursing assistants with planning responsibility for Lambohov's home care. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily planning of services and staffing in the planning tool Welfare. You will be responsible for developing routes that ensure continuity and a fixed care contact. You will ensure that we use our time in the best way based on how you plan the services.

Your work includes contacting new clients to create a plan for their services and, if necessary, conducting home visits. In your planning, you will take into account planned absences and may need to revise the planning in case of unplanned absences, where you will also be responsible for booking substitutes.

The position mainly involves planning work, but you are also expected to be able to work in home care if needed. Therefore, it is important that you have a good understanding of the daily operations and can act as a support for colleagues in their daily work. You will have many points of contact and collaborate closely with care staff, nurses, coordinators, and management.

Linköping Municipality will take over Lambohov's home care consisting of Tröskaregatan and Torparegatan's sheltered housing and home care on April 28.

Together with our 1,500 employees, we work to ensure that the residents of Linköping have a meaningful and dignified existence. Every year, we provide care and support for approximately 4,100 people and contribute to the municipality's development within the sector.

Tröskaregatan's sheltered housing consists of approximately 26 apartments, and Torparegatan's sheltered housing consists of 33 apartments. Both operations offer lunch service and meeting points. Home care is conducted in Lambohov. You will be based at Tröskaregatan's sheltered housing together with two managers and two coordinators.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:45 to 15:45.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has a completed upper secondary education and experience in care, support, and assistance work. It is advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant. Experience from home care and previous planning work is also an advantage.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have experience with the Welfare system. Since cycling is used in daily work, it is a requirement that you can cycle.

Furthermore, you are accommodating and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You show courage in difficult situations and stand up for what you say and dare to speak up. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.
