Your Job This Summer

As a summer substitute physiotherapist, you will work during the day with home rehabilitation as part of Bräcke home healthcare in Linköping. You will meet patients in their homes and in assisted living facilities, collaborating closely with occupational therapists, nurses, and colleagues in home care. You contribute to increased quality of life by strengthening patients' ability to manage their daily lives in a safe and independent manner. Your job may involve:

• conducting functional and movement assessments,
• planning and implementing rehabilitation efforts together with the patient,
• working with training, fall prevention, and assistive devices,
• supporting care staff in everyday rehabilitative practices,
• collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a licensed physiotherapist and enjoy working independently, planning and taking responsibility for your workday while actively contributing to the team's collective efforts. You are confident in your professional role, have a good demeanor, and work with the patient's needs in focus.

Your Qualifications

• Licensed physiotherapist
• Driver's license (B) and can cycle
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have basic computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience in home rehabilitation, especially in residential or disability areas
• Experience with the Treserva journal system
