Your Job This Summer

As a summer substitute in home healthcare, you play an important role in creating safe and secure care for patients who remain at home. You work independently and with the support of colleagues in home care and home rehabilitation. You will work on a schedule during the summer, with opportunities for both daytime and on-call shifts. Your job may involve:

• planning, executing, and following up on health and medical care interventions in the patient's home
• assessing patients' health status and taking nursing actions,
• managing medication,
• delegating and supporting care staff,
• collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a licensed nurse and thrive in an independent role where you can take responsibility and make decisions, while also being an integral part of a team. You are confident in your professional role, attentive to the patient's needs, and meet people with respect and professionalism.

Your Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least two years of professional experience
• Driver's license B
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good computer skills

Meritorious

• Experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, or palliative care
• Experience with the Treserva journal system
