Bossgårdsvägen 18 is a home care unit located in the beautiful and peaceful Vikbolandet, where we work every day to make a difference in people's lives.

We provide approved services in ordinary housing and operate in the areas of Vikbolandet, Ljunga, and Djurön. With a user-oriented approach, we help the elderly live an independent and secure life in their own homes, always based on their individual needs.

Your Responsibilities

As a care assistant in home care, you play a significant role in creating safety and quality of life for our clients in their own homes. You provide personalized and professional care and pay attention to and meet physical, mental, and social needs.

You provide personal care that may include assistance with hygiene, dressing, and medication management. You also contribute to a pleasant home environment by helping with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

In addition, you have an important social role where you create safety and community through conversations, walks, or other activities that contribute to the client's well-being.

You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups, together creating high-quality care and support. Documentation is a natural part of your work to ensure good continuity and quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant according to the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare and has experience working in care and support. We also view positively if you have experience in service occupations.

As a person, you are calm, secure, and have an easy time building good relationships. You collaborate well with others but also enjoy working independently.

You see what needs to be done and take the initiative to provide the best possible care.

You are flexible and can adapt when plans change in daily work. You find it easy to prioritize and find solutions in different situations.

Quality is important to you, and you actively work to maintain it in your work.

You can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Since we are located in Vikbolandet, you need to have a B driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work. You also need to be able to cycle to move smoothly between our clients' homes in the area.
