Do you want to make a difference in young people's everyday lives – while also having a flexible and meaningful job? Education is meritorious but not a requirement.

We are now looking for substitutes for the middle school (grades 7–9) and high school. You do not need to have a teaching degree, but we would like you to have experience, professional knowledge, or a strong interest in one or more school subjects. Do you perhaps have broad competence in any subject in middle school and high school? Then take the chance and apply for this position. As a substitute, you often work independently in the classroom and are responsible for starting, conducting, and concluding lessons in a clear and qualitative manner. You follow the planning and instructions from the regular teacher and are there to create security, a conducive working environment, and engagement in the class.

We are looking for you who:
- Want to work extra alongside studies or have another occupation.
- Are a retiree but want to contribute your skills in the school environment and work when it suits you.
- Are unemployed and want to try working full-time in the school.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are calm, secure, and stable in your leadership role. You easily create good relationships with both students and colleagues and communicate clearly and respectfully. Education in pedagogy is not a requirement, but is meritorious – as is previous experience from school or professional knowledge in relevant subject areas.
