Job Responsibilities

The position includes planning, conducting, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum, as well as assessing students' knowledge, skills, and development. Documentation and reporting of student results, absences, and other tasks are part of the assignment, as well as participating in parent meetings, development talks, conferences, and other meetings. As a pedagogical leader, you have an important role in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for students together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

A degree and certification for F-3 is required for employment, as well as knowledge of the school's governing documents and curricula. The role requires good pedagogical insights and the ability to collaborate and build good relationships with students and colleagues. As a teacher, you need to feel secure and be clear in your role. Previous experience working with students in need of support is an advantage.

We may also be interested in candidates with other pedagogical qualifications and can then offer a fixed-term employment according to the Education Act.
