We are now looking for a new colleague in the Authority Unit in Svalöv.

About the job

As a case officer with us, you will work with:

• Primarily investigating, assessing, and making decisions according to SoL but also, if necessary, according to LSS
• Meeting people in various life situations
• Collaborating with colleagues, providers, and relatives
• Documenting, following up, and sometimes detective work to find the best solution
• Developing the operations together with colleagues and the unit manager

You will be part of a workgroup consisting of three assistance case officers, two LSS case officers, two fee case officers, and a unit manager. The group is characterized by good collaboration, a supportive working method, and a willingness to help each other in daily work. In this role, you will collaborate with individuals, relatives, colleagues, providers, as well as other professionals and authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another relevant academic qualification combined with experience in authority exercise, which the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience in authority exercise according to SoL and LSS is considered an advantage. It is also advantageous to have good knowledge of applicable legislation and case law, as well as knowledge of the operational systems Lifecare and Mina Planer. In this role, you will make decisions that can be perceived as both difficult and crucial for the individual. Therefore, it is important that you are pedagogical, clear, and have the ability to explain decisions in an understandable way, even when the decision is not in the individual's favor.
