Adult Psychiatric Clinic 1 in Lund is a specialist psychiatric clinic with about 30 employees striving to be at the forefront. We work with team-based care, and the team works cross-professionally to best meet the needs of the patient. Our mission is to investigate, assess, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions. To ensure our patients' needs for safety, continuity, and security, we work with fixed care contacts, individual care plans, and collaborate with other actors. The clinic is located in the psychiatric building on Baravägen, where several different psychiatric specialist clinics are located.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will primarily work as a social worker with psychosocial treatment work where you provide individual support conversations and practical support. Collaboration and cooperation with other healthcare providers, units, and municipalities are also part of the assignment.

You will work cross-professionally in the clinic's team together with other social workers, doctors, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. You will participate with your colleagues in the clinic's development work and the ongoing implementation of standardized care processes. We see interest in leading groups such as anxiety schools and introductory training for new patients as desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a recognized degree in social work. If you are a licensed healthcare social worker, this is highly meritorious. If you belong to a licensed professional group, language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement.

Since you will work both individually and in a team, you need to have good collaboration skills as well as experience working independently. As a person, we would like you to be flexible and proactive and want to contribute to good collaboration through engagement, good communication, and a positive attitude. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
