As an Account Manager at 2Secure, you will have overall responsibility for both new and existing customers and the opportunity to drive business that makes a real difference in complex and security-sensitive environments. Here, you combine business acumen with advisory skills and build sustainable customer relationships over time, with room to grow into a more senior role.
Location: Gothenburg.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you play a key role in our customer relationships and business development. You develop and nurture customer collaborations with a focus on quality, business value, and long-term sustainability. The role includes both new customer acquisition and further development of existing customers, where you independently drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to follow-up and renewal.
You work closely with internal specialists and delivery teams and have a structured, goal-oriented approach with clear follow-up and reporting. You will also work with strategically important customers and actively contribute to their continued development and growth.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for new customer sales through prospecting, meeting scheduling, and closing deals.
- Developing existing customers through advisory, relationship building, and upselling.
- Driving the sales process from initial contact to contract and ongoing follow-up.
- Being the primary contact person for the customer and ensuring high delivery quality in collaboration with internal teams.
- Identifying business opportunities and developing customer-specific solutions.
- Working systematically with customer success, including onboarding new customers and continuous development of collaborations.
- Documenting and following up on activities and deals in the CRM system.
- Contributing customer insights that strengthen our business and offering development.
- Representing 2Secure in relevant networks, meetings, and events.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience in qualified B2B sales or account management.
- Experience in consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Good experience working with CRM systems and structured follow-up.
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is a plus if you have experience in:
- Larger or strategically important customers.
- Sales to the public sector and/or work with procurement.
- The security industry, personnel security, or other regulated and security-sensitive environments.

As a person, you are relationship-building and trustworthy, with a businesslike and structured approach. You are confident in dialogue with larger organizations and have the endurance for longer and more complex decision-making processes.
You communicate clearly, act with high integrity, and have good judgment. You also understand the importance of quality and trust in security-sensitive contexts.

- Travel within the Gothenburg region is a natural part of the job.
- You report to the sales manager of the business area.
- A background check will be conducted before employment.
- Security clearance and possible placement in a security class may be relevant.
