Your tasks

We are now looking for new colleagues at Tannefors home care who want to be part of our wonderful team. The positions are permanent employment and are set at 100%. Your working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

As an employee with us, you will work with care tasks but also act as a specialist in the field with allocated time for guidance and follow-up. Your contributions are crucial in creating a meaningful and secure environment for our elderly, and we look forward to welcoming you to our dedicated workgroup!

As an employee at Tannefors home care, you will be the contact person for our clients and responsible for designing and following up on their implementation plans. Your presence and engagement contribute to creating a familiar and safe atmosphere where care and service are offered in line with the clients' wishes.

The work includes both social interaction and practical care tasks. Your care tasks include, for example, assistance with transfers, personal hygiene, household chores, and medical interventions. You work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure that each resident receives the help and interventions they need. We work based on IBIC (individual needs in focus) and a salutogenic approach, which means that we focus on bringing out the residents' own abilities and looking at the healthy aspects.

Your workplace

The Health and Care Administration conducts elderly care in municipal management in Linköping. Here, there are approximately 1200 permanently employed staff and a large number of substitutes. Linköping Municipality has a long and well-established experience in care and support for our elderly residents.

Tannefors home care and secure housing are centrally located in Tannefors, close to Linköping's city center and many beautiful walking paths. The secure housing consists of 36 apartments, a restaurant, and a meeting point where activities are organized most days of the week. In close proximity to the secure housing, there are both grocery stores, pharmacies, and health centers. Those who need your help live either in the secure housing, in Tannefors, or in Hejdegården. Depending on the distance, you will reach our clients by bike or on foot.

You who are applying

We are looking for someone who has a recognized education as a nursing assistant, as well as experience of work or internship in the field. If you have a recognized education as a specialist nursing assistant in any area, we consider it an advantage. It is also desirable if you have knowledge of a salutogenic approach and low-arousal responses. It is also advantageous if you have experience with the IBIC working method.

Work in elderly care involves a lot of client contacts and documentation, which means that we require you to be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish. You have the ability to use digital tools in your work, and it is advantageous if you have experience documenting in journal systems. In the work, we cycle daily, which means that you need to be able to cycle for this position. It is advantageous if you have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your tasks and drive your work forward in a careful and quality-conscious manner. You also work well with others and are a knowledge resource for your colleagues. Furthermore, you possess a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and the different conditions of individuals.
