Vårdcentralen Bokskogen is a well-established health care unit with approximately 8,000 registered patients and 28 employees. We have our own rehabilitation services and a child health center, and we are also responsible for supervising a nursing home in Klågerup. The health center is beautifully located in Bara, surrounded by beech forests and golf courses, about 20 minutes from Malmö and Lund. You can easily reach us by car or public transport, and parking is available right outside. In the spring of 2021, we moved into new, bright premises that provide excellent conditions for the future of primary care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new colleague for a temporary position of about three months starting in the spring. You are also welcome to apply if you are interested in a part-time position.

In your role as a nurse or district nurse, you will work with outpatient care, telephone advice, and triage. You will have a central role in the organization and collaborate closely with other professionals to ensure good and safe care. The work involves both independent assessments and teamwork, where you contribute to developing the health center's working methods and accessibility for our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare, or you who have further education as a district nurse. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, is a requirement. Experience working in a health center and knowledge of the PMO journal system is an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive, engaged, and actively contribute to a good working climate. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have a professional and empathetic approach towards patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
