About the workplace

Home Care North 4 is based at Hamilton House on Drottninggatan 136, centrally located by Fria bad. We work with clients living in the city center, at Slottshöjden, and in the northern parts of central Helsingborg.

Job responsibilities

With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the clients' homes, which are equipped with digital locks. As a nursing assistant, you primarily work independently and provide care in the form of personal care, support during meals, social interaction, and more.

You perform tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist, such as training interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing. We work in teams with different professions.

We actively work with fixed care contacts, and the job responsibilities also include documentation.

Qualifications

To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be a trained nursing assistant, have basic computer skills, and experience with documentation. You should be comfortable working with various digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You should also be willing and able to cycle in your role.

If you have experience working as a nursing assistant and are familiar with Phoniro, LifeCare, Senior Alert, and the BPSD registry, it is a significant plus.

It is also advantageous if you have special training in palliative care, cognitive impairment, or psychiatry. A B driver's license is also a merit for the position.

Working hours: Within home care in the City of Helsingborg, you work on a schedule where working hours are mainly allocated either during the day or evening. We are currently looking for both day and evening positions where the working hours are currently 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM.
