You regularly collaborate with primary care from a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the health and medical care agreement, where the region, municipality, and primary care are included to meet the individual’s care needs. The work is scheduled during the day, evenings, or nights with weekend shifts. Malmö city is a close-knit unit consisting of eight day sections, one evening section, and one night section.

The working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 to 15:30, in the evening from 14:30 to 23:00, and at night from 21:30 to 07:30.

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • Insight into applicable legislation, setting goals and guidelines

  • Good cycling skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Work experience in working with people with mental health issues, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or dementia diseases
  • Work experience from municipal health and medical care
  • Specialist training in relevant areas, such as elderly care, medical nursing, further education in psychiatry, or district nursing
  • Good experience in collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks

As a person, you communicate clearly. You plan, organize but see the opportunities in changes. You take responsibility for your tasks and work well with others. You lead and create engagement and participation.
