In a picturesque area of Perstorp, Skåne, lies Viljan Oderljungavägen, a group home for individuals with mental disabilities.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who can work as a part-time employee during the summer. As a nurse with us, you will assist in assessing the individual's condition and take action based on that. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on medical interventions. The goal is for the patient to live as independently as possible and feel secure and well-being despite the presence of illness. You should, to the best of your ability, prevent ill health, alleviate suffering for the individual, and provide good care at the end of life.

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

In our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
