Nurse/Community Nurse for Askersund Health Center

As a nurse/community nurse with us, you will have a varied job with both planned and acute patient meetings. The work includes, among other things, outpatient activities, advice via phone and 1177, self-care assessments, sample collection, and collaboration with doctors and other professionals. You have the opportunity to develop in various areas and contribute to the continuous improvement work in the organization.

We offer opportunities for further development based on your skills, experience, and areas of interest - for example, in diabetes, asthma/COPD, or psychiatry.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/community nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. You are confident in your professional role, have a good approach, and a professional attitude.
