ABOUT THE POSITION

Neko Health works to improve healthcare. Founded in 2018, Neko Health launched its operations in Sweden in 2023. Their vision is to transform healthcare by shifting the focus from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. By combining groundbreaking sensor technology with AI and medical expertise, they offer a unique full-body scan that can detect early signs of diseases before symptoms appear.

This role involves supporting all field and remote operations of precision instruments, from installation and maintenance to upgrades. You will ensure that feedback from the field drives continuous improvement and that NEKO adheres to healthcare regulatory standards. You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with R&D and field engineers to deliver state-of-the-art support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role involves providing technical support for precision instruments, both remotely and on-site, to ensure optimal functionality and continuous product improvement.

  • Maintain documentation and configurations for installations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Provide remote support to field service engineers with instrument issues (log analysis, diagnostics, troubleshooting) to maximize uptime.
  • Guide field engineers to follow standardized processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and product reliability.
  • Identify and communicate areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Assist the functional manager with maintenance and upgrades of deployed instruments.
  • Escalate complex or systemic technical issues to the functional manager as needed.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and fluent English, both spoken and written, as you will be working in an international environment.
  • Are highly analytical with data-driven decision-making.

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience in DevOps environments, especially with Azure cloud services.
  • Experience in instrumentation, technical support, or related fields.
  • Ability for remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
