ATORP Automatsvarvning AB in Bredaryd is a rapidly growing manufacturing company specializing in qualified volume production using CNC-controlled multi-operation lathes. 40 fully automated production groups handle the job from raw material to finished component across five shifts. Our customer base is diverse and spread across several segments. ATORP's success is built on long-term relationships, close professional dialogue, and a progressive high level of technology. The production facility currently spans approximately 3000m2. A larger expansion, including additional production and office space as well as a gym/simulator, is planned to commence in the spring of 2026. We are now looking for a PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN who wants to help further develop our smart production and take a comprehensive approach to effective, stable, and future-proof processes. In this role, you will have a central position in the organization and become an important driving force in our ongoing improvement and change efforts. Together with colleagues primarily in technology, planning, production, and preparation, you will work to optimize the entire flow – from raw material to finished component. Through our tailored digital systems and technical solutions, you will collect and analyze data that translates into concrete improvements, higher efficiency, and increased delivery reliability. You will contribute both to the further development of existing processes and to creating new working methods that strengthen our competitiveness over time.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in cutting machining. You should have competence in CAD/CAM and possess a good technical understanding, a genuine interest in digital systems, and enjoy a role where you can analyze, improve, and challenge technical flows/solutions. You are unpretentious, curious, and confident in handling daily priorities in an organization characterized by change and growth.
