In recent years, Troax Group has acquired several new companies, further strengthening our position in the market as a comprehensive provider of tailored safety solutions for our customers. The role of Product Coordinator is a newly established position aimed at coordinating and supporting the product development process from idea to launch.

You will become part of the product team and work closely with the Product Manager, R&D, and the marketing department to ensure that products are delivered on time, with the right quality, and in line with the company's strategy.

A selection of your tasks.

• Assist in planning and tracking product projects.

• Coordinate meetings and communication between different departments.

• Support Product Managers with research, documentation, and follow-up.

• Ensure that product materials (manuals, images, texts) are accurate and up to date.

• Follow up on deadlines and help keep projects on track.

• Contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows.

• Assist with product launches and updates.

Your profile

In this role, we will place greater emphasis on your personal qualities and potential than on experience in a specific area. However, we would like you to have gained a good insight into how product development and marketing work in a larger company through studies and/or work experience. A post-secondary education in technology, economics, marketing, or similar is considered a good foundation. Furthermore, you communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, and are an experienced user of digital tools and systems.

We want to work with someone who is curious, self-driven, and communicative. You can expect varied workdays where your ability to prioritize and create structure will come in handy.
