We are expanding our test lab where you will work broadly with testing and evaluation of both current and upcoming products from a product range. This involves extensive testing of entire products in the field as well as targeted interventions on specific components. Testing includes functionality tests, fatigue tests, cable tests, and material tests, which are reported to both internal and external stakeholders. Method development is a significant part of the job where you, together with your colleagues, will find ways to improve and streamline testing.

Selection of tasks:

• Develop and conduct fatigue tests, functionality tests, battery and cable tests, as well as material tests
• Testing of components and complete systems, and participate in field tests
• Write and present test reports in English
• Streamline and improve testing processes and methods
• Design and 3D-print prototypes, test tools, rigs, and fixtures

• Has a post-secondary technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, electronics, or equivalent work experience
• Is handy and has solid technical skills
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a practical mindset, as the role includes practical testing tasks. To thrive in this role, we believe that you are proactive and responsible, with the ability to drive projects forward. Since the role will involve close collaboration with project managers and colleagues, we also see that you are communicative. Experience is an advantage, but we are open to both junior and experienced candidates.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
