About the position

It all starts in the forest – and it always starts over. Södra Skog works with purchasing renewable forest raw materials from our 52,000 members and delivering them to Södras various industries. We work closely with our members in their forestry, sharing their challenges and helping them create both increased climate benefits and higher profitability. Our work also includes the development of digital support and new forestry services.

What you will work with at Södra

In this important role, you will have the opportunity to drive and provide advice to our members on issues related to ownership and generational changes, transfers, and inheritance. You will coach and guide members and their families through complex decisions and make the difficult easy.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development and alignment of our processes and working methods

  • Participate in prioritized meetings with members and ensure correct administration and invoicing

  • Collaborate with colleagues internally on marketing and lead generation

  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

The position is a permanent full-time employment, located at one of Södras offices in Sollebrunn, Gislaved, Långasjö, or Broby. The position allows for some remote work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is business-oriented, structured, and communicative. You have the ability to build trust, create relationships, and coach in complex situations. You enjoy working independently and contributing to change.

To succeed, you need:

  • Forestry university education or equivalent competence

  • Knowledge in family law and tax law

  • Ability to conduct property valuations

We also see that you have experience in:

  • Working with ownership or generational changes

  • Advising in forest economics or similar

  • Digital tools and dialogue in digital channels

  • A driver's license is required
