As a Measurement Technician with us, you will be a key person in ensuring the quality of our injection-molded components. You will work in an advanced measurement environment where measurements are performed both in a Wenzel CMM and with traditional hand measuring tools. The position requires a good understanding of drawings, dimensioning, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

We are an innovative and growing company in the field of injection molding of plastic parts. Our customers have high demands for precision, quality, and delivery reliability – and therefore we are now strengthening our team with a meticulous and quality-conscious Measurement Technician.

Your responsibilities include, among other things

• Programming and conducting measurement and verification of plastic parts in Wenzel CMM
• Performing manual measurements with hand measuring tools – calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, measuring pins, etc.
• Interpreting drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (e.g., location, flatness, concentricity, roundness)
• Creating measurement protocols and documentation according to standards and customer requirements
• Participating in initial sampling (FOT) and PPAP
• Conducting analysis of deviations and contributing to problem-solving together with our quality team
• Ensuring that measuring equipment is calibrated and used correctly

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience in measurement technology within the industry
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Experience working with hand measuring tools
• Experience with CMM (Wenzel is a plus but not a requirement)
• Good computer skills – handling measurement data, documentation, and protocols
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience with injection-molded plastic parts
• Experience with Wenzel CMM or similar systems
• Knowledge of measurement software (e.g., Quartis or similar)
• Experience with PPAP, SPC, MSA, or FMEA
