We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a Product Lab within an R&D organization focused on accelerating innovative product development. In this role, you will work close to prototypes and early concepts, where mechanics, electronics, and software meet. You will be a key technical contributor ensuring that ideas are transformed into validated concepts through reliable testing, prototyping, and strong measurement practices—supporting both short-term development needs and longer-term technology direction in a global collaboration setting.

• Design, execute, refine, and maintain test setups to validate prototype functionality and performance across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Collaborate with design, development, and test stakeholders to align lab activities with broader R&D objectives.
• Develop robust measurement methods and ensure high quality in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support design decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to lab tools, methods, and processes to increase efficiency, precision, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in early-stage prototypes using systems thinking and hands-on experimentation.
• Contribute technical insights and lab-based evidence that influence product direction and technology roadmaps.

• Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Strong practical knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems, including the ability to design integrated test setups.
• Experience communicating technical insights and test results to cross-functional teams, including in global contexts.
• Systems and strategic thinking: ability to connect lab work to broader product and business goals.
• Proactive, continuous improvement mindset to enhance lab processes, tools, and workflows.
• Data-driven approach: experience designing experiments, collecting high-quality data, and using results to inform decisions.
• Comfort working in an international organization and coordinating across teams and cultures.

• Experience contributing to lab infrastructure or process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency, scalability, or quality.
