JCK-produkter AB is looking for a production technician for a growing business in cutting machining located in Sävsjö.

The role is for you who want to work operationally while having ample opportunity to develop technical choices and methodologies for the next step. You will have technical responsibility along with broad tasks in a smaller team that is moving forward. As a frequent user of digital tools, you drive the organization’s development towards new smart solutions. Responsibilities:

As a production technician, you will work with new products and improvements of existing processes. You will be involved in the development and delivery of the entire flow from calculation to production-secured manufacturing process.

The work includes, among other things:

CNC programming

Adaptation of robotic solutions

Preparation and calculation

Design of tools and fixtures

Setup and tuning of machines

Introducing and running in new parts

Quality processes and use of measuring equipment

Creation of controlling documents

Training of employees

You will have close cooperation with customers, production, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in production technology and production in cutting machining

Knowledge of relevant robot/CNC systems – Fanuc/HAAS/Siemens etc.

Good general IT skills where you handle MS Office and other technical tools

Ability to independently drive CAM programming - Fusion360, SolidWorks, Edgecam etc.

Post-secondary relevant education

English and Swedish in spoken and written form

Personal qualities

You are structured, solution-oriented, and want to collaborate. You understand that the customer is at the center and take personal responsibility for delivery and good relationships. You have a technical interest and find it exciting to lead development work.

We are particularly skilled in manufacturing in engineering plastics, but all materials are used. The business is located in Sävsjö, has a turnover of approximately 20 million SEK, and employs 10 people.
