We at Växer are looking for you with a preschool teacher degree who wants to substitute during a parental leave. An opportunity to continue developing as an educator together with us. We are looking for a warm, positive teacher who has a sense of humor and is easy to collaborate with.

Perhaps you are newly graduated and have studied exploratory pedagogy - dialogue Reggio Emilia, or have other experience with this approach. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that the educational work with the children meets the level prescribed by our governing documents. You should be able to articulate and formulate the documents necessary for the operation both in writing and verbally. You should collaborate and plan interventions with psychologists, speech-language therapists, or other special educators as needed to address issues in the child group. The preschool teacher is responsible for planning, documentation, development conversations, etc. Together with the work team, action plans are made to provide extra support and stimulation to children in need of special support.
