We are now looking for a warm and responsible personal assistant for a woman in her 70s living in Motala. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed, with a longer continuous substitute position throughout the summer and a possible sick leave substitute for about 4 weeks already in the spring.

About the position

Your task is to support our client in her daily life so that she can live as well and independently as possible. The tasks include:

• Household chores such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning.
• Accompaniment and physical support during walks and transfers.
• Social interaction and adding a touch of joy to everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident, attentive, and has a positive attitude. Since the work involves very close contact and personal service, we prefer that you:

• Are a woman, 40 years or older (we place great emphasis on personal maturity).
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (desirable for outings and errands).
• Speak and understand good Swedish to facilitate communication.

Working hours and extent

• Working hours: Daytime, 08:30–18:30.
• Extent: About 80% during the substitute periods.
• Period: Substitute as needed immediately, about 4 weeks in the spring, and throughout the summer.
