About the role of Business Solutions Analyst
In the role of Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for support, stability, and internal management of NO GA Group's system landscape. You will act as the hub between business and IT, ensuring that information flows, data quality, and integrations between business-critical systems such as e-commerce, ERP, POS, and PIM function optimally. You will work closely with the Business Solutions Manager and be involved in both the management and further development of existing and new system solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure stable operation of the group's systems and integrations
• Troubleshoot and handle incidents as well as provide internal support to stores and headquarters
• Ensure high data quality and functioning information flows
• Document processes, routines, and system changes
• Participate in requirement analysis, testing, and deployment of new features
• Coordinate contacts with external suppliers
• Be responsible for onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and technical administration

About you
You have several years of experience in system management, application support, or similar roles and thrive in an environment where technology and business meet. You are analytical, structured, and enjoy troubleshooting and understanding connections in complex system flows. As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable in dialogue with both users and suppliers. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Important for the position:

• 4+ years of experience in system management and application support
• Understanding of integrations, data logic, and business flows
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Communicative and collaborative
• Experience in e-commerce and Microsoft Business Central is a plus
