We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist with at least eight years of experience working in larger and complex Microsoft 365 environments. This assignment is suitable for you who want to combine technical expertise with a clear user and business focus and who enjoys contributing to a secure, efficient, and modern digital workplace. You will be part of an established team responsible for the operation, development, and delivery of IT services to approximately 1,500 users in Sweden. Here you will have significant responsibility, but also close collaboration and support from experienced colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform as well as administration and troubleshooting within Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. You will work closely with the business providing advice, training, and advanced user support, creating documentation, guidelines, and further developing governance models. The role also involves participating in and driving projects and initiatives related to modern workplace, security, and platform optimization, as well as handling incidents, problems, and changes. A key aspect is to proactively identify improvements and contribute to more efficient working methods.

• At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 in larger and complex environments

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Azure Entra ID

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Automation Services

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation

• Good understanding of identity and access, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust

• Experience with email flows and related processes

• Ability to gather and analyze information and evidence during incidents

• Experience collaborating with cybersecurity teams and SOC

• Good experience with Microsoft Purview, including Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Retention, and Compliance Manager

• Experience with IT security tools such as Mimecast, Darktrace, or similar solutions

• Experience working closely with data protection and compliance functions

You are service-oriented, pedagogical, and have an easy time explaining technology in a clear and understandable way. You work in a structured and analytical manner, are self-driven, and at the same time a team player who enjoys building relationships both within the team and with the business. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with users to improve their digital workday.

Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience.

Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
